we sent in our offer (as you know) and they seller accepted the amount, but didn't want to pay for closing cost...which is soo annoying because they usually do... anyways, the Realtor was sort of annoyed too, so she went ahead and sent our offer to the bank (because they ultimately make the decision), and now it's a waiting game with them... Because it is what the call a "short sale" the bank could take up to 6 months to accept or decline our offer- so much for short sale! Because we aren't on a contract where we are now, it's not really a big deal, but if we want to qualify for the refund next year, we have to have the offer accepted by the end of the month. The government has post poned this date for so long now, I'm not sure if they will do it again... oh well, either way we still want it. Please keep those fingers crossed for us! :)))
P.s still haven't heard anything from the nursing program, I called them a few weeks ago, they said I'd know by the end of the month! sheesh...we have so much we're waiting for this month, can't wait till it's over... then it's SLC here we come!! woo hoo!

Patience is not a quality that I have been blessed with. But it sure is one that you've been blessed with. Anyone who has to deal with Kel's A.D.D. moments has to be the most patient person...lol!! Good luck and I'll pray that you will find out sooner than later. Love ya
