3rd update on the house...

As of now, the bank is STILL reviewing the case. It's been like two months now and no one knows how much longer we have to wait. The MOST annoying thing is that the time frame for the tax credit has passed. So as of now, we don't get a tax credit if we purchase this house, which was a BIG part in why we wanted this house. It needs ALOT of updates. Our Real Estate agent says our offer is still the highest so IF the bank accepts any of the offers, ours has the best chance. We'll see! Even if we are accepted, we are not really sure we want it anymore! If any of you could bring back the first time home buyers tax credit and speed up this process, that would be GREAT!! :))
