Here it is! We put an offer today on this Bloomington Hills home on Redwood Tree right off Bloomington Hills Drive. I don't know if the seller is just trying to butter us up, but she feels confident that we will get this home, and I hope shes right. We DON'T know if we will end up raising our family down here in St. George, but we DO know that we will be here for at least another 5 years (till we are both out of school). I'm not in any rush to leave, I love it here. I am soooo sick of wasting money every month on rent when we could just buy and put our money towards something, plus right NOW is the perfect time to buy, with the government tax refund, low interest rates, and cheap homes- it's hard not to take up the opportunity. This home is a three bedroom, two full bath, two car garage and a back yard perfect for family fun. However, the inside isn't as great as the outside, but with a touch of my wand, I'm sure I can figure something out. We will find out next week for sure, so I will keep you guys updated...cross your fingers for us! :)))
