Yeah i did it with photoshop elements. I took this class in high school so i sort of remembered how to do it! But I love it! We have like 400 more pictures we took that day, I just have to find the time to do them. But yeah, thee progamm is like 90 dollars but t m waiitng for it to go on sale at costco, with their coupon it's only 40$ (or so I heard). But if you are interested i'd love to show you how to do it!
